i have one but i want a lady sized one to match the size of my fendi bracelet, rolex and soon-to-be-mine hermes clic clac. this one is way too big, keeps passing back and forth over my bracelet and watch and can almost fall off my hand.

Do you have any dieting tips and advice? I really want to slim down for my wedding day! :) I don’t really have tips because I’m not an expert.
I’m dieting now though because I put on some weight when I went on holiday in April.
There are lots of blogs, instagram pages, YouTube videos on different exercise regimes which can help but really, you do need to healthy.
I’m eating much healthier, I’ve completely cut out on snacks and soft drinks and trying my best to not eat after 10pm.
I’m on almost a gallon of water a day (but that doesn’t work with everyone because too much water can be deadly). And I’m also lemon infusing my water to help me detox.
My sugar intake is low but my vegetables and fruits intake is a lot higher now!
Always remember, don’t compare your size with anyone else, you need to impress yourself so get to a standard you are happy with and want to be. Don’t force yourself and be happy with yourself, otherwise you’ll only stress and that will add weight!! |
